A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Flushing Sunday in what police say was a gang-related killing.

The victim was in front of 32-28 137th St. at around 7:25 p.m. when a black-colored sedan pulled up alongside him and a suspect in the car fired off gunshots, according to police.

The man was struck in the head and the arm before the car raced away from the scene southbound on 137th Street, police said.

The victim was transported to New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Queens where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The identity of the deceased has yet to be released, pending family notification. Police said he was a known gang member and was out of prison on parole for a felony assault charge.

Police said a preliminary investigation revealed that the shooter was in an Audi that did not have a front license plate. Police sources say the vehicle had dark rims and tinted windows.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
