A man was fatally struck by an LIRR train in Forest Hills Tuesday.

The man, who has yet to be identified, was hit by the train at the Forest Hills station on 71st Avenue at around 7:05 a.m., according to police. The man was on the tracks as the train pulled into the station, police said.

First responders pronounced him dead at the scene and removed his body from the tracks.

No criminality is suspected, police said.

The police were unable to provide any further details. The NYPD is continuing the investigation.
