Police officers responded to a 911 call at 8:30 a.m. regarding an unconscious teen. The responding officers and EMS found the 17-year-old not breathing and unresponsive upon arrival. Officials declared him dead on the scene and began carrying out an investigation into the cause of his death, which is currently underway. Mar. 19, 2024 By Ethan Marshall Five neighborhoods in Queens were found to be among the 10 areas citywide that have the smallest median condo size, according to a recent report by the real estate firm PropertyShark. The neighborhoods included South Astoria, Maspeth, Old Astoria, Long Island City and Kew Gardens Hills.
